The lower price points on each property, coupled with the twenty (20) year, absolute triple net leases ensure maximum buyer-activity when our client decides to sell in a few years.
More importantly, NLX successfully negotiated attractive portfolio pricing such that the appraised value came in $1M higher than our contract price. NLX even brought in an attorney to close the transaction when the client’s own attorney was unavailable to assist.
